The touchscreen digitizer or lens is the top screen and therefore the most likely to break though if it takes a hard drop, it is possible to break the lcd underneath without damaging the the touchscreen. For Postal repairs, payment is made either by PayPal or Card Payment over the phone. No payment is required until the repair is complete. We recommend using a recorded service to get your phone to us and this can cost as little as £2 at the Post Office.
