Packaging you Phone
We recommend sending your phone in a box or Jiffy Bag and wrapped in Bubble wrap. If you are unable to find any bubble wrap then use a second jiffy bag.
How to send your phone
We recommend sending your phone via a recorded and insured postal service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery , which usually costs around £6.50 for a phone. If you would like a courier collection, please call the shop on 01702610937 so we can arrange to book this for you. £12 would be payable over the phone by card transaction.
What to send with your phone
Please send your phone with battery. It's important to remove your SIM card and any memory cards. Also you don't need to send any leads or chargers. Include your web check-in receipt or a note with your contact details and the nature of the repair.
Quote Different from Actual Engineer Diagnosis
After inspection by our engineers, the repair we first quoted you for can differ from the engineers assessment after the device has been looked at. If the amount payable is higher, we would contact you before going ahead with this work. If you choose not to go ahead with the repair at this stage you will only need to pay the diagnosis fee and return postage (if you wish to have your handset returned).
Paying for your Repair
We normally take payment via card over the phone or PayPal, however we are able to accept cheques. We will contact you once the repair is complete and payment is due at which point you can choose how and when to pay.
How Long Will it Take?
Our average repair time is up to a few days, however repairs can take up to 3 weeks due to part availability. We will inform you of any delays as they arise.
